Note on Special Pre-Congress Session: Venue will be at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu.

Note on Regular Pre-Congress Topics: Participants are free to move to another topic room in that morning or afternoon, provided there are available seats. All Regular Pre-Congress Topics will be held within the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel. Selection of AM/PM Topics is needed to make sure each room will not exceed its capacity limits.
